Reschedule and Late Arrivals Policy
If you want to reschedule your session, you can do so without losing your retainer if you give at least 48 hours' notice. You can reschedule once for free. If you reschedule a second time, there will be a 20% fee. Rescheduling must happen within three months of the original date. If you reschedule after three months, you will need to pay a new retainer. If you arrive late, you will only receive the remaining time for your session.
Retainer
To secure your date and time, I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total session price. After signing the contract and making your payment, your date will be reserved for you. The remaining balance and any extra travel fees are due at the session. Services and photos will only be provided once full payment is made.
Delivery of Images
I will provide your images in an online gallery within 3 weeks after the session. The gallery will be available for 30 days, and it is your duty to download and save the images. If you do not save your images within 30 days, there will be a $25 fee to re-upload the gallery.
Weather Concerns
I want your family and senior photos to be stress-free. I will work with you to discuss the forecast and make a decision to reschedule as your session approaches. There is no fee for scheduling changes due to weather.
